People have always asked me, "What do you do with a buffalo herd." Well, Roger Miller was right, "You can't roller skate in a buffalo herd", but when we are done processing an animal, we've seen the coyotes leave more.
We sell other buffalo products. We provide sinew for leathercrafters, hooves, horns, bones, and just about every part of a buffalo for human use.
